We have just started making choux pastry again for our chocolate éclairs and thought that we would give you a glimpse of how we do it.
Like everything we make in our bakery, our choux pastry is made from basic natural ingredients like eggs, flour, butter, and water. Our finished éclairs are topped with chocolate icing and filled with real whipped cream
We are a small family owned and run bakery located in Rylstone, in the Central West of NSW, 70kms east of Mudgee.
We bake fresh bread daily in our historic woodfired oven. including white, wholemeal, multigrain, bread rolls, ciabatta, sourdough, French stick, cob loaves, fruit loaves, and finger buns.
Our pies, sausage rolls, savory triangles, and sweet pastries are all made on the premises from fresh ingredients each week.
